Troy Peerless Lofts is a conversion of an apartment loft building. One of the most attractive features of this building is that only has 32 Lofts. Each of the lofts will have a unique floor plan and you will not find generic “footprints” in this building. There are all kind of unit types; one-level, two-level and even three level units (some with ceilings up to 25 feet tall). Several lofts in Troy Peerless have private entrances and others are accessed through the hallways. There is a lot of exposed brick, large factory windows, exposed beams and other attributes of a true Authentic Loft. At the same time at the time of conversion all the Lofts were updated by developer and feature modern Italian cabinetry with stainless steel appliances and contemporary bathrooms with mosaic tile. Flooring is mostly concrete and hardwoods. Amenities include elegant lobby, gym, clubroom, courtyard with a fountain and rooftop deck. The only negative is that some paring spaces are located outside of the gated area which may cause discomfort to the owners of expensive vehicles. Otherwise if you are looking for a truly unique updated loft - Troy Peerless Lofts might be a great option. But keep in mind: most of the time there are very few units available on the market!
