Tribute Lofts consists of three buildings interconnected by a 3-story lobby and “Zen” courtyard located on the third floor. Overall location of the building is very central (and very convenient for a quick expressway access), but is still very transitional. Units offer concrete floors, ceilings (height 10ft) and walls with floor to ceiling windows. Most one-bedroom floorplans in Tribute Lofts have “shotgun” layout, while most two-bedroom plans are located on the corners. Another feature in this loft building is concrete interior walls, which provides superior energy and sound insulation versus other loft buildings.
