Studioplex is a conversion of an original cotton warehouse located in the area of Inman Park and Edgewood. What makes this community unique is a true mix of commercial and residential lofts. There are not many cons to this project… maybe some of the units are a bit dark, but in all fairness we have to agree that any building has its “problem child”! However, the pros are numerous; first location is attractive, trendy and still developing. Second, as we have mentioned there is a mix of residential and commercial spaces since all of the units are zoned LIVE/WORK which means you can work out of your loft and even have a business sign on the door. Last but not least, some units can be purchased “as is” and can be “built out” (for example you could build a mezzanine level in a unit with 18ft ceilings) and potentially add value to your property! Bottom line: if you are looking for an authentic loft space zoned live/work than Studioplex might be a great choice for you!
