Southern Bearing Lofts building is a small loft community located in West Midtown/Howell Mill area. What makes Southern Bearing truly unique is the fact that it is located on a quite street in an old residential neighborhood within walking distance to Underwood Hills Park. So unlike most other loft buildings where you are surrounded by the industrial environment this complex will provide you with a “cozy” feel of an old neighborhood. All the units are very spacious and have large balconies or private yard. Finishes are pretty attractive and include modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances. There are exposed beams in the ceiling and some exposed concrete blocks. Most units have concrete floors while some have hardwoods. There is a secure parking area and some of the spaces are covered. Since this is a complex with just 12 units you will not find many on the market, however particular setting of Southern Bearing Lofts may be worth waiting for.
