Shoe Factory Lofts is located in Edgewood Shopping District close to Little Five Points area. Even so Shoe Factory Lofts (as name indicates) were a conversion from an industrial building we have to say that units have a “softer” feel than most authentic loft buildings. Units are both flats and two-story. Finishes are very nice and include higher grade hardwood flooring, great kitchens with stainless steel appliances (some of the largest we have seen lately in authentic conversions) and very attractive bathrooms. You will still find authentic features like exposed brick, pipes and support beams. Yet at the same time you have a convenience of covered and secured underground parking, rarely seen at authentic loft projects. Since Shoe Factory Lofts is located in Edgewood Shopping District (kind of miniature version of Atlantic Station concept) you will be able to walk to a variety of shopping and dining options.
