Mathieson Exchange Lofts is a 16-story loft building situated right off Peachtree Mathieson Drive in the heart of Buckhead. Residents are within walking distance of many restaurants and stores as well as upcoming Streets of Buckhead project with ultra luxury hotels, retail and restaurants. We have to say that Mathieson Exchange Lofts (along with Buckhead Village Lofts) is one of our favorite loft buildings. What do we like about both buildings? First of all they are the only two loft buildings in Buckhead. Second, both building were built as luxury lofts with amenities like covered parking, pool, gym, rooftop deck and even 24-hour concierge (rarely seen in loft developments). Third, even so buildings were newly constructed developer has utilized brick not only on the exterior of the buildings but also on the interior of the units, which gave them a true authentic feel along with 14’ ceilings and large arched windows. And last but not least “the deals”… original pricing of the units used to stay in $200’s for 1 bedroom units and in $300’s+ for 2 bedrooms, however at this time you can find some amazing bargains around $200,000 and sometimes below.
