GE Lofts is a 48-unit three-story authentic lofts building located across the street from NoMas Cantina in heart of Castleberry Hill – an artistic loft district with many art galleries and small shops (see www.castleberryhill.org for more details). Lofts are also within close proximity to Georgia Dome, Phillips arena and Centennial Olympic Park. Units feature high ceilings, exposed brick, concrete columns and other original factory details. Building has gated parking garage as well as additional guest parking. Also GE Lofts is one of the very few “Authentic” Loft buildings featuring pool in this area. Some of the units are updated with newer kitchens and bathrooms, the others still feature original fixtures from the time of conversion in 96. Just like with most Authentic Loft buildings most spaces are unique and have to be viewed on individual bases. GE Lofts also strives to be “green” and energy efficient and even has solar panels to provide energy for common areas. This may partially contribute to lower HOA dues versus other buildings.
