Fair and Walker Lofts is a new construction development located in the heart of Castleberry Hill district. Since townhomes came down in price from $250’s to low to mid $100’s we find Fair and Walker to be an attractive opportunity. What are you getting for the money? Main level features 2-car garage and small storefront (since townhomes are zoned LIVE/WORK you can run a business from your unit). Second level features kitchen and living/dining combo and access to the balcony. There are two bedroom and two baths located on the third level. From there you can also access your private roof top deck (often with Downtown Skyline views). Let us point out that from architectural standpoint we do not find Fair and Walker very attractive since most of the floorplan designs are small and finishes are very average at best. However, finding live/work townhome with private rooftop for under $150k elsewhere will be a huge challenge.
