Viewpoint Midtown is Novare’s newest and logically most attractive creation. This 36-story tower just like all the other Novare buildings offers “glass and concrete” construction, fantastic amenities and also best Midtown location you can find! Just like Spire and Metropolis this building is located in within Midtown’s “Golden Mile” meaning you are located within walking distance of hottest restaurants, bars and night spots. You are also very close to artistic venues (Fox theatre is just a few blocks away) Piedmont Park and GA Tech campus. Most residential units start from 11th floor and up. This way you are practically guaranteed a great view regardless of the floor and side of Viewpoint you are on.
