Twelve Centennial Park is a 39 story high-rise building located near Centennial Olympic Park and many other attractions like Aquarium, Museum of Coca-Cola. Twelve is also located next to Marta Train station, which allows for a quick “traffic free” access to the airport. Building has been developed by Novare group – well known for projects like Metropolis, Spire, Twelve Atlantic Station and the amenities built there! There is a 16-story hotel attached to the condominium tower and you as a resident may enjoy some of the services offered by Twelve Hotel like Housekeeping and Room service. The negative factor for Twelve Centennial Park is its size; after construction of the second tower (one day in the future ) this complex will have about a 1,000 condominium units, and more likely internal competition will have a heavy influence on future value appreciation. However, due to recent price drops and increase foreclosure inventories you might be able to pick up a unit at unprecedented price (way below construction cost) for a “glass and concrete” high-rise building. At the same time most of the units will offer you a million dollar views of Midtown and Downtown skylines.
