Twelve Atlantic Station is a 26 story “glass and concrete” high-rise building located in Atlantic Station. Building has been developed by Novare Group – well known for projects like Metropolis, Spire, Twelve Centennial Park and the amenities built there! Upper floors (from 7th and up) of the building are condominiums while lower floors of the tower were designed as Hotel rooms and you as a resident may enjoy some of the services offered by Twelve Hotel like Housekeeping and Room service. Atlantic Station is a “micro city” designed as huge mixed use development for residential, commercial and retail use. Grocery and retail stores, bars, restaurants and Movie Theater are within walking distance. However, when this building originally sold for as much as $400+ per sq foot, we just couldn’t justify the price for the location. A lot of investors were buying at Twelve Atlantic Station in anticipation of great returns, but missed one simple fact; when you pay already high price (along with many other investors) and expect prices to go even higher it becomes a very unlikely situation. The result: a lot of foreclosed units throughout Atlantic Station and TWELVE in particular. However, at this point Twelve Atlantic Station prices got so low it is probably the cheapest “glass and concrete” high-rise in the city. Plus recent FHA approval makes it even more attractive opportunity for buyers.
