Terminus is a large mixed use development located on the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont Roads. Currently development consists of three high-rise towers, two commercial and one residential. Let us start by saying that this is one of our favorite developments in Buckhead. There are less than 140 units in this 32-story highrise and that provides true feel of exclusivity. Residences in Terminus start from 14th floor and offer great vies on both sides North (Buckhead Skyline) and South (Atlanta Skyline). Finishes are absolutely fantastic and include high-end appliances (Wolf, SubZero), upscale cabinetry, floorings and gorgeous bathroom fixtures. Floorplans vary from contemporary “loft style” one bedroom condos to huge (3000+ sf) homes with very upscale traditional finishes. And last but not least; in light of recent market downturn developer has reduced prices anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000 which makes this building not only attractive from standpoint of product class, but also from standpoint of price!
