We have covered other buildings developed by Novare Group, but Realm is our favorite! Considering that we usually like to blame these projects for being very similar to each other and lucking authenticity, what would make one of them more favorable to the other? The answer is location… prime Buckhead location! The stretch of Peachtree between Piedmont and Lenox has changed dramatically and is full of energy. Being positioned between such grand projects as Terminus, Sovereign, Mansion on Peachtree, Intercontinental Hotel and Grand Hyatt you can just feel it. Not to mention abundance of restaurants and shopping (Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza are within walking distance). As to the building itself it is a contemporary 30-story highrise with floor to ceiling windows and great views. Amenities package is nice and includes doorman, concierge, clubroom, well equipped gym, rooftop pool and gardens, business center etc. Most one-bedroom units originally sold for $200k and up, two-bedrooms mid $300’s and up. However, at this point you can find some amazing opportunities in Realm mainly due to Foreclosures, Corporate and Short sales).
