When Paramount was first converted into condominium with pricing for small one-bedroom units starting in mid $200’s and smaller two-bedrooms at mid $400’s, we couldn’t understand why anyone would buy there. Even so it was located in one the best spots in Buckhead product just didn’t match the price. Market was HOT and everything was selling, however as we all know market always corrects to the “right” value and at this time you can find some fantastic deals in this 39-story high-rise. Of the great features at Paramount are larger floorplans than what you will normally see at similar buildings. Overall finishes are more on traditional side rather than contemporary however large 8’ windows and 10’ ceilings make all spaces feel very airy. Another thing unique to this particular hi-rise is most interior walls are made out of concrete, so sound insulation should be superior to most other buildings of similar class. Paramount’s location and amenities are absolutely fantastic. Amenity package includes; 24-hour concierge, valet, business center, indoor and (!) outdoor movie theaters, pool with private cabanas, tennis court (one of a very few new buildings offering this feature), outdoor and indoor kitchens, vine cellar, gym and day spa! As to location you will be within walking distance to Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, many restaurants and entertainment spots! You’ll be also within walking distance to Buckhead MARTA station for quick access to the airport.
