In our opinion there is nothing extraordinary about the exterior of Ovation and interior finishes are of a pretty low grade (at least for a luxury Buckhead hi-rise). What we mean by lower grade finishes are cheap carpet through-out many of the units, oak cabinetry (the one you don’t even need to order at Home Depot… it is in stock J) over-the-counter sinks and probably least expensive stainless steel appliances. The good news; you can change most of it at a very low cost and convert your space into very attractive in-town home. Most of the floorplans are pretty traditional and offer well planned spaces. Floor to ceiling sliders allow access to large balconies. Most two-bedroom units are located on the corners. Units located on the South side of the building offer great views of Downtown skyline, on the North side (depending on floor height) can offer views of Buckhead high-rises. When it comes to the amenities and location these are superb! Amenities in Ovation are very nice and include large clubroom, large gym, concierge, private movie theatre and beautiful swimming pool. Location of Ovation is great as well; you are in the heart of Buckhead and building is located literally across the street from many restaurants, bars and shopping as well as upcoming Streets of Buckhead project (ultra luxury hotels, retail and restaurants). And the most important part; from time to time there are opportunities to purchase nice one-bedroom units for around low $100’s, something you will not be able to do in another building of similar class and age!
