Metropolis was one of the first “glass and concrete” buildings offered in Atlanta at affordable price (prior you would probably pay from $400 per square foot for similar type of product). This fact might explain the popularity of this project among Intown residents. Metropolis consists of two towers (North and South) and is located right at Peachtree and 8th Streets in the heart of Midtown within so called “Golden Mile”. You will be within walking distance to many restaurants (several located on the ground floor of the building), shops, parks, artistic venues and even MARTA train station. Building also features fantastic amenity package including rooftop pool (located on the 7th floor), clubroom, gym and 24-hour concierge. Even so Metropolis was build around 2002 finishes still look very modern with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring in living areas. Floor to ceiling windows in all the units provide great contemporary feel. Some of the condos offer great views of Midtown and Downtown skyline and some overlook the pool and rooftop gardens. However, since units start from the 7th floor (and go up to 20th) most of the units will have some kind of the view.
