Mayfair consists of two buildings: Mayfair Tower and Mayfair Renaissance. Even so both look very similar, first one has been build in early 90’s while second about 10 years later. Also both buildings have separate amenities and Home owner associations. When it comes to location we can safely say it is one of the best in Midtown, buildings are located on 14th Street across from the new W Hotel Midtown and within a hundred yards from Piedmont Park. Both buildings feature 24-hour concierge, gym, library and English gardens. Residents of Mayfair Renaissance also have swimming pool. Overall design of both building’s exterior and interior is very traditional with domination of marble floors, dark wood paneling and classic furniture. When it comes to floor plans and interior finishes each tower will be different. Units at Mayfair Renaissance will be updated with cherry cabinetry, black or SS appliances and marble bathrooms. A lot of units in Mayfair Tower (since it is an older of two buildings) have original and pretty outdated finishes, however as time goes by we encounter more and more fully renovated units with modern kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. The only negatives are completely enclosed kitchens on many floorplans (highly unusual feature for American condo market) and almost complete absence of guest parking. However, being able to walk all the Atlanta’s hotspots, artistic venues and the park within 5 minutes may help you forget about these issues J
