Horizon at Wildwood is a “concrete and glass” style condominium building located within 15 minutes drive to Atlanta’s center. This building may be appealing to resident seeking high-rise living and amenities and yet would like to be in more tranquil environment away from city’s “busyness”. Units feature lofty floorplans, floor to ceiling glass, modern kitchens and balconies. We believe Novare Group has participated in construction of this project so amenities are very similar to the ones seen in buildings like Metropolis, Spire, Realm etc. and include (rooftop pool and hot tub, gardens, gym, clubroom, concierge and more). The only negative factor about Horizon at Wildwood is that it is not located in your “prime highrise environment” like Midtown or Buckhead. On the other hand area is considered to be pretty attractive, there are many restaurants along Powers Ferry corridor and building is adjacent to Chattahoochee nature trails. You would also have quick access to I-285 and I-75 interstates.
