Eclipse in Buckhead is second new construction development by Novare. It is located on Pharr Road close to intersection with Peachtree Road and is adjacent to upcoming Streets of Buckhead project (ultra luxury hotels, retail and restaurants). You are within walking distance to many restaurants (some located on the ground floor of the building and right across the street), bars, stores, banks etc. Amenities are very similar to the other buildings built by Novare and include rooftop pool (located on the 10th floor), clubroom, gym, concierge and even valet parking for your guests. However, what makes this building standout from other Novare creations is an abundance of corner floorplans for both one and two bedroom units. This feature combined with 10’ tall floor to ceiling windows creates fantastic contemporary feel. One bedroom homes also feature “true” one-bedroom floorplans (the ones with the wall and door to the bedroom ) not seen in newer buildings build by the same developer. To the negatives we would add that units start on the 2nd floor with not much views and until 4th floor do not offer floor to ceiling glass (another “smart” idea by architects). Overall we like Eclipse and with current price levels it offers great deals for a fan of “glass and concrete” design.
