If you are looking for a newer townhome in the city, City Park Townhomes might be one of a very few options available for under $200k. Previously similar units in this development were priced $250k-$300k range. Even if you are not looking for a townhome, finding a newer 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Baths with a garage for under $200k may be a challenge. Location is pretty good as well; City Park Townhomes are located within walking distance of Peachtree Street with all the shopping and dinning options it has to offer and yet this community sits in a very quite setting of old residential neighborhood, away from traffic noise. Finishes are of an average grade and include newer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floor on the main level. To be completely honest layout is not the best since there are 4 levels and a lot of stairs. However, if you don’t mind exercising than this may be one of the best options for the money. Another huge plus is very low HOA dues, currently set at low $100’s and include water, trash, landscaping and tennis.
