Actually we used to slightly dislike Buckhead Grand J. In our opinion it was always a little bit short when comparing with other projects, little things like; location being great but a little bit off main Peachtree corridor, units starting on the 3rd floor (that’s a great idea for a high rise building) overlooking shopping center parking lot. Issues with guest parking and unhelpful management (in the past) were not helping the case… especially for an upscale Buckhead high-rise. However, thing has improved in some ways and the kind of deals you can find in this building might help you a quite a few flaws. This complex is situated in an attractive Buckhead location, in close proximity of Peachtree Street, Piedmont Road and Lenox square. Easy access to Hwy 400 makes it even more attractive for commuters. Buckhead Grand itself is a contemporary 36-story glass highrise with wide range of amenities; concierge, clubroom, well equipped gym, yoga room, pool and guest suite. Most one-bedroom units originally sold from $190’s and up to mid $300’s, two-bedrooms from $300’s to over a million. Due to high levels of foreclosures you can find fantastic deals starting in low $100’s for one-bedroom units and from low $200’s for higher floor two-bedrooms.
