Aramore is a fairly new building located right on Peachtree Road in close proximity to Piedmont Hospital and Peachtree hills neighborhood. What we like about this building is that Aramore is located in the heart of “residential area” of Peachtree away from busy intersections and all the “hustle and bustle”, yet at the same time you are within walking distance to many popular restaurants (some are located on the ground floor of the building), shops and Peachtree Hills neighborhood (which is great for walking). This complex consists of two phases (for Aramore) and luxury high-rise called Astoria (originally planned as third phase for Aramore). That is why (if we understand correctly) all the residents of Aramore have access to the amenities of the Astoria which include gym, clubroom, business center and rooftop pool. Overall finishes in Aramore are attractive and include hardwood floors in the living areas, newer kitchens with solid surface counters and stainless steal appliances. Bathrooms are also nicely updated. First phase has more traditional finishes, while second is a little bit more on the modern side. Overall architecture of the building is traditional. Please keep in mind; if you are sensitive to noise than side facing Peachtree Road may not be the best choice for you especially on the lower floors. At the same time on this side of the building you will get more “urban” views. Back side (facing Peachtree creek) on the other hand will offer you more tranquil views and less noise.
