In our opinion Aqua is one of the best buildings in Midtown. As a matter of fact from standpoint of concept and level of services it is probably the best one. What is so great about Aqua? First of all this is true “Boutique” style project… there are only 83 homes in this 25-story tower. Aqua Midtown is also the only building offering Private Elevators in Midtown (you go straight from elevator to your private vestibule). So if you are looking for privacy, it is hard to imagine more private setting in a condominium. The finishes in the unit are much higher grade than you would normally see (Viking appliances, upscale cabinetry and countertops, great fixtures in the bathrooms etc.) Also, square footage of the units is much larger than what you typically see with new construction in Atlanta. Amenities in Aqua include concierge, valet parking, rooftop pool, gym and beautiful clubroom. When it comes to the location we would say it is good, but a little bit odd. We would expect a building of such caliber to be located right on Peachtree Street, yet it sits two blocs away. However, you are still within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Piedmont Park and MARTA train station (within 100 yards). That is why location is still very attractive.
