1010 Midtown is a 35-story luxury high-rise building located in the heart of Midtown. To be more specific 1010 building curves along Peachtree between 11th and 12th Streets. Close proximity to Midtown’s business district, Piedmont Park and all the establishments Crescent Avenue has to offer makes 1010 an ideal location for someone who wants to experience city life to the fullest! We were interested in this building ever since it was build, however since prices were starting in mid $200’s for smallest one-bedroom units it was hard to justify the value. Currently with reduced prices this building offers better value than other similar projects in the area while providing better grade of finishes and services. What we specifically like about 1010 Midtown is a variety of floor plans with most being unique to this building and not available elsewhere. Most spaces are larger than units in other newer projects like Spire, Plaza Midtown or Viewpoint. Finishes are also a grade above competition with more upscale cabinetry, Bosch appliances and better bathroom fixtures. Amenities include 24-hour concierge, clubroom, fitness center as well as rooftop pool and gardens. The only negative factor in our opinion is the size of 1010 Midtown… with 425 units it takes a little bit away from the “exclusivity” factor developers were trying to achieve. However at these prices you might as well overlook this little flaw.
